Final youth event before school starts.
Powered flour-based Paint will be thrown and youth will get messy. Bring a shirt that can get messy (it will look like a tie-die shirt afterwards, color may fade but will most likely not come out of clothing completely.) Most youth wear white so their clothes can look tie-died in color afterwards.
